Individual Voicemail

Individual Voicemail means no more call back notes and emails regarding missed phone calls. With Individual Voicemails each extension can receive messages for missed calls. Voicemail boxes also include their own menus that callers can use to reach other extensions or phone numbers and that users can customize. Users have the option to check voicemail from the phone or through an email as a compressed voice attachment.

Find Me/Follow Me

Ever had a call that you were waiting on but couldn't stay at your desk to receive it? With Find Me/Follow Me the phone system will call your extension first, if you aren't there then it will try an alternative number. This number can be your cell, home phone, remote extension, or just anther extension in the office; whatever number you need.

Remote Extensions

For people who are always on the road or that work from an office away from the office take a direct line into your office with you. With Remote Extensions you can dial and talk to people inside or out of the office as if you were there. Dialing works just the same and now you don't have to worry about extra cell phone minutes or long distance charges. As long as you have an internet connection you can have a line right into your office.

Direct Inward System Access/Call Forwarding

With our state of the art phone system you can forward calls to external numbers and dial out from the system from an external line as well. If your out of the office and don't have your extension forwarding, users inside the office can Forward calls to you, on whatever number your need. Need to make a call from your office but don't have a Remote Extension already enabled? With Direct Inward System Access (DISA) you can dial into your phone system and then dial out and your clients will never know the difference.

Call Conferencing

Need to make a conference call with more then two lines or extensions? Our PBX systems can conference into one call as many extensions as well as inbound or outbound calls that you have. With Call Conferencing users don't have to huddle around the speakerphone but can conference in from their own desk. Likewise with users outside the office, just call or transfer incomming calls, to the Conference Session and now everyone can talk together without the use of 3rd party vendors.

Digital Receptionist

With the Digital Receptionist now you don't have to run to answer the phone. Our phone systems will prompt callers with a prerecorded message and menu that allow callers to choose who they want to talk to. Digital Receptionists can even work on Time Conditions that allow for callers to hear different voice prompts at different times of the day. Let our phone system do the work for you!

Intercom/Office Paging

Need to send out an Office Page or just talk to someone without them having to pick up the phone to answer? With our phone system you get bidirectional calling on both Paging and Intercom thus giving your users the ability to answer without touching the phone.

Operator Panel

Like knowing what extensions are busy on a line and for how long? With our Operator Panel you will have a first look of who is on the phone, with what number, and for how long.

Call Reports

Our PBX Systems give complete call reports for the entire system all the way down to the individual extensions. Get a quick glance of the number of inbound, outbound, and long distance calls with our graphs. Call logs can also export to csv and pdf!

By using the latest in VoIP technology we are able to provide an expandible system that will grow with your office. Our systems will run on your existing network so no additional wiring is required, and phones can just plug into an existing jack. This makes it nice with users change offices; just unplug the phone and plugin to the new spot and away you go with the same extension.
